My Story, My Passion

Chef Pete Cole is a culinary professional with 20 years of hands-on experience and a passion for creative, crowd-pleasing food. A 2012 graduate of the Culinary Institute of Long Island, he completed his externship at Chef Jean-Georges’ Spice Market in New York City, where he refined his skills in high-level kitchens.

 

He went on to launch his own catering business in Long Island before spending seven years leading three different kitchens in the Outer Banks. Now, through his food trailer, Chef Pete brings a fresh take on classic favorites – serving up familiar flavors with inventive twists and a few delicious surprises along the way.
